June 13, 2012 (San Jose, CA) – Incville is a new business social networking site where you can create your ‘company community’ to bring teamwork to a whole new level. Some highlighted features are:
* WALL: Similar to a company newspaper, this is where you get all the company news, updates and announcements. In addition to the company announcements, the wall is a place where everyone updates you on the tasks you’ve assigned and the progress of your joint projects.
* TASKS: For all your “to do’s” and to track the tasks you’ve assigned to others. You can add due dates, spectators and other detailed information.

Incville was created by the founders of 100% Pure. “We’re growing so fast and there are always so many things going on that it becomes chaotic, unorganized and messy…our team started dropping the ball constantly; tasks were assigned but forgotten about, projects didn’t move forward because we didn’t have the time to constantly check in and major things were happening in our company that we weren’t even aware of… that’s why we created Incville” says Susie Wang, creator of Incville and 100% Pure. 100% Pure is an organic cosmetic company that manufactures, distributes and operates out of a 156,000 square feet, 8 acre campus in San Jose, CA which the company bought with the help of the SBA. 100% Pure is currently distributed internationally in more than 10,000 locations including upscale department stores, resort spas, health food stores, Urban Outfitters, RON ROBINSON | Fred Segal, Ulta and their website www.100percentpure.com which accounts for more than 20% of their sales. 100% Pure also has two namesake retail stores – one in Berkeley, CA and Santana Row Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. With the huge success of the retail stores, 100% Pure is immediately working on more retail store locations including the SFO international airport, West Hollywood in Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, Canada and more.
Incville is a free service. Similar services can cost up to $65 per person a month with similar features. “We built Incville to make our business grow faster and be more efficient and once we found out how useful it was for us, we wanted to let everyone else benefit from it too” says co-founder Ric Kostick. “My vision is to connect the entire business community in one system.”
